Presrite is a one-stop forge company with 20 high-precision forging presses and machining capabilities that allow us to accommodate tonnage from 1,300 to 6,000, for part diameters as large as 18 inches and lengths up to 32 inches.

When combined with precision trimming and custom tooling, our three closed-die forging facilities can deliver repeatable precision for:

CNC Machining & Robotics

With our extensive lineup of multi-axis milling machines, CNC cutting equipment, and our Fanuc robotic technology, Presrite offers:

  • More purchase-complete parts that require less machining time

  • CNC straight turn, bore, face, and broach operation

  • Finished machining with mill-turn CNC and 3 to 4-Axis milling

  • Robots that reduce inconsistencies due to operator fatigue

Presrite’s first Cleveland plant was built in 1971. This 180,000 square-foot facility houses eight high-precision forging presses, ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,500 tons.
