We have an immediate opening for a full-time Material Handler at our forging production facility in Cleveland, Ohio (E78th).
Responsibilities
· Operate Lift Truck to transport the proper materials from operation to operation in accordance with routing or verbal instructions in a manner that assures safe stacking and transportation of material
· Perform pre-operation inspection while completing checklist(Dock Audit)
· Distribute received goods to appropriate departments by use of a Lift Truck as needed
· Keep and file all documentation on material received, as needed
· Clear receiving dock of material in a timely manner, as needed
· Perform Receiving Clerk Duties, as needed
· Perform Magnaflux Particle Inspection, operate Wheelabrators and assemble containers, when necessary
· Perform associated housekeeping duties. Comply with all safety rules and regulations
· Attend all required safety and training classes/meetings
· Possess and demonstrate knowledge of the Quality Policy and how it relates to customer requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrated ability to operate Fork Lift
· Availability to work all shifts
· Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Ability to lift a min of 80 pounds safely and correctly
